 Sexual Harrassment Training

NYS requires all employees to participate in a sexual harassment prevention training session once yearly. (Employees only need to be trained if they work more than 80 hours in a calendar year and for at least 90 days.) As an employer, RHAP must keep a record of employee training for three years.

Below are links to the training and instructions. Once complete, it is important that you save the certificate, and send it to me. The training takes about 45 minutes and must be completed in one session.

If you don't have adequate internet access to take the training, I welcome you to please come use RHAP's computer.

How to save the certificate of completion:

  • If you are taking this training on a desktop computer or laptop, you will be able to print or save the certificate to your computer.

    • IMPORTANT: At the end of the training, you must click the “SAVE” button first in order to generate your certificate of completion.

  • If you are on a mobile device, you can use the device’s capabilities to take a screenshot, save, or email the certificate.
